Want to build on your broad experience, specialist knowledge and skills? Here, you'll join the team in Materials Handling, managing distribution handling processes, establishing objectives and implementation plans, tracking performance, implementing improvements and allocating resources.


To fulfill the requirements of the company's initiatives to provide products accurately and timely to our customers by maintaining proper handling via our Quality procedures. Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment. Follow company's policies, regulations and operating procedures. Take on a higher-level sense of responsibility, assisting Lead/Management with projects and/or training others.


  • Simultaneously pick & begin packing orders in proper container/s to prepare them for shipping per trained procedures.
  • Ensure packages are picked and shipped in a timely manner and processed to the appropriate carrier.
  • Quality check on all items before they are packaged
  • Put away released finished good products; transfers from other warehouse locations as necessary.
  • Keep areas clean and safe.
  • Manages finished goods inventory system at a high level of accuracy. Using warehouse management software, manages the location of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, smooth order picking, and staging activities.
  • Transfers material from storage or work sites to designated areas both physically and systematically, following proper procedures for inventory control and product preservation.
  • Consistently perform cycle count, pick pack and ship accuracy at the meets expectations performance level.
  • May perform other assigned tasks as directed by Lead or Supervisor


  • Ideally have a working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485 and OSHA).
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems Process: CAPA, Deviations, Change Controls is a plus.
  • Performs, documents and reviews change controls and investigations within area of responsibility.
  • Reads written work instructions or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved maintaining product preservation.
  • Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values.
  • Maintain a focus of audit readiness and interact with auditors directly as required.

  • An understanding at a level that may include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of reading, inputting and creating spreadsheets in Excel for department metric tracking and process improvement.
  • Experience working with SAP and Radio Frequency scan guns.

Hours may include early, late, and Saturday considerations as needed based on maintaining operational efficiency for meeting customer expectations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
